Instructions Given to Ensure Necessary Facilities at Polling Stations
Rajnandgaon (BTI)– With the upcoming municipal elections in Rajnandgaon, preparations have been finalized for the smooth conduct of the electoral process. As part of the oversight measures, IAS officer and election observer Smt. Jayshree Jain, appointed by the Chhattisgarh State Election Commission, conducted an inspection of polling stations in the city.
During her visit, Smt. Jain inspected polling stations at Thakur Pyarelal Singh Municipal Higher Secondary School and Government Kamla Devi Rathi Women’s Postgraduate College, Rajnandgaon. She reviewed the arrangements and directed officials to ensure all necessary facilities for voters, including drinking water, shaded areas, and other essential amenities.
Emphasizing the importance of a seamless voting experience, she instructed officials to make all necessary preparations at polling stations. Several officers and staff members were present during the inspection.
