In an unannounced inspection, Assistant Commissioner Lekhraj Meena from the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office Bhopal, visited PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Dongargarh to review the school’s infrastructure and ongoing preparations for upcoming sports events.

During his visit, Meena closely examined various campus facilities, including the sports ground, gymnasium, mathematics park, science park, and the Krishna Kunj. He interacted with staff and offered valuable suggestions to improve readiness for the sports meet. His visit reflected the administration’s commitment to holistic development in residential schools under the Navodaya Vidyalaya system.
The Assistant Commissioner also paid a spiritual visit to the revered Maa Bamleshwari Temple, praying for the well-being and prosperity of all students and staff.
School Principal Rupendra Singh and Vice Principal Sanjay Kumar Mandal expressed that such surprise inspections not only ensure accountability but also provide essential motivation and direction. Faculty members O.P. Chaurasia, Sneh Agrawal, Anil Kumar Paul, Uma Dhurve, and others were present during the visit.
The inspection was seen as a motivating force for the institution, encouraging further improvements in academics, extracurriculars, and infrastructure management.
