In a vibrant and encouraging atmosphere, PM SHRI School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Dongargarh, Rajnandgaon district, announced the annual results for non-board classes in a ceremony held at the school auditorium. The event, conducted by the examination department, celebrated academic brilliance by honoring top-performing students with certificates and gifts.
Among the standout achievers were students from Classes VI to XI who demonstrated remarkable performance in their academic pursuits.
In Class VI,
- Himanshu secured the first position with 96%,
- followed by Munjit Verma and Komal Kande from sections A and B, both securing 94% for the second position,
- and Pooja Janghel earning 93% to claim the third position.
In Class VII,
- Manan Raj topped with 96.5%,
- Divyanshi Dewangan came second with 96%,
- and Mohit Kumar Sahu followed closely with 94% in third.
Class VIII saw stellar performances by:
- Anika Mishra, who achieved 97% and secured first place,
- Rajveer with 96% for second,
- and Nitin Chandel at 95% securing third position.
In Class IX,
- Ayushi Patel topped the class with 95%,
- Rajit Lautre stood second with 93%,
- while Mohnish achieved third position with 91%.
The Commerce stream of Class XI showcased:
- Draupadi Kanwar leading with 80%,
- Debashish Sahu scoring 79.6% in second,
- and Roshan Patel securing third with 77%.
In the Science stream,
- Nitin Sahu stood first with 85%,
- followed by Anika Nagote with 84.2%,
- and a shared third position by Mahika Lautre and Khilendra Sinha, both scoring 82%.
The entire event was smoothly anchored by the school’s science teacher, Mr. Sunil Kumar Verma. The occasion was further graced by Principal Prakash Yadav of Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Dongargarh, and Vice Principal Suresh Vaishnav.
Principal Yadav, in his motivating address, encouraged students to set clear goals and emphasized the importance of action (karma) in achieving success. He reminded students that education’s true purpose is to awaken awareness and responsibility towards their duties and future roles in society.
Towards the conclusion of the event, the dignitaries were honored with shawls and mementos, in recognition of their presence and contribution to student motivation.
The event also saw active participation from Dr. Rupendra Singh, the school’s Principal, Vice Principal Sanjay Kumar Mandal, and all teaching staff, who applauded the achievements and encouraged all students to keep striving for excellence.
