Gayatri Vidyapeeth, a leading educational institution known for promoting academic excellence and cultural values, recently concluded a seven-day yoga camp for students from Classes 6 to 12. The morning sessions were led by Yogacharya Shri Atma Chaitanya and Bal Yogi Shri Manish Lalwani, who guided the students through various asanas, pranayama techniques, and yogic practices, including Yoga Nidra.

During the sessions, the instructors emphasized the significance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through balanced diet, disciplined routine, and daily yoga practice. Highlighting the growing academic pressure among students, Yogacharya Atma Chaitanya noted that many young learners struggle with stress, irritability, and lack of focus. He asserted that regular practice of yoga and meditation can significantly reduce mental tension and improve emotional resilience.
As per Mrs. Usha Jha, a faculty member at the school, the students showed great enthusiasm throughout the camp. Many shared positive experiences, particularly regarding Yoga Nidra, stating that it helped enhance their mental clarity, concentration, and sleep quality.

The valedictory ceremony was graced by key members of the Gayatri Shikshan Samiti, including President Shri Brijkishore Surjan, Vice President Shri Rajesh Jain, Chief Managing Trustee Shri Suryakant Chitlangya, Secretary Shri Gagan Laddha, Joint Secretary Shri Nikunj Singhal, Patrons Shri Nandkishore Surjan and Smt. Sushma Surjan, Cultural In-charge Shri Harish Gandhi, Academic Director Shri Amit Uttalwar, and School Administrator Shri Anil Bajpai. They, along with Principal Mrs. Shailja Nair and the entire teaching staff, extended their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the students and organizing team.
