A delegation of office bearers and members of the Nagar Kosariya Yadav Samaj, Rajnandgaon, met the Honorable Mayor of Rajnandgaon Municipal Corporation, Shri Madhusudan Yadav, at his office to discuss crucial community matters.
During the meeting, the Mayor was honored with a traditional shawl and a ceremonial stole bearing the image of Lord Shri Krishna. The delegation also presented a commemorative memento as a token of their appreciation for his contributions to the community.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, society’s organization in-charge, Shri Bhola Yadav, highlighted the absence of a dedicated community hall for the Nagar Kosariya Yadav Samaj in Rajnandgaon. He informed the Mayor that a formal request had been submitted for financial assistance of INR 20 lakhs to support the construction of such a facility. Recognizing the necessity of this infrastructure, the Mayor assured the delegation that he would address the matter at the earliest and facilitate the resolution of their concerns.
Expressing their gratitude, the members of the Yadav Samaj extended their heartfelt thanks to Mayor Madhusudan Yadav for his prompt assurance and commitment to their cause.
The meeting was attended by several esteemed members of the Kosariya Yadav community, including Shri Vishwanath Yadav, Shri Mahesh Yadav (Sarpanch, Boirdih), Smt. Manju Yadav, Smt. Kesar Yadav, Smt. Sharda Yadav (Councilor, Dongargarh), District President Smt. Shila Yadav, District Publicity In-charge Shri Devesh Yadav, and Rajnandgaon city representatives such as Shri Punar Yadav, Shri Shekhar Yadav (Councilor), Shri Mannu Yadav, Shri Dilip Yadav, Shri Vasudev Yadav, Shri Gyanik Yadav, Shri Bhupendra Yadav, and Shri Rekhu Yadav.
In addition, city vice-presidents Shri Manoj Yadav, Shri Dushyant Yadav, Shri Mohit Yadav, Shri Aditya Yadav, Shri Praful Yadav, Shri Rohit Yadav, along with secretary Shri Dharam Yadav and general secretary Shri Nitesh Yadav, were also present. Other prominent members included Shri Deenu Yadav, city women’s guardians Smt. Meena Yadav, Smt. Hirondin Yadav, Smt. Shail Yadav (former councilor), city women’s president Smt. Madhu Yadav, and vice-presidents Smt. Nisha Yadav, Smt. Rajkumari Yadav, Smt. Laxmi Yadav, Smt. Santoshi Yadav, Smt. Radhika Yadav, Smt. Anjali Yadav, and Smt. Laxmi Yadav.
The meeting reinforced the collective efforts of the Kosariya Yadav Samaj to enhance community infrastructure and development in Rajnandgaon. The assurance from Mayor Madhusudan Yadav has strengthened hopes for the timely initiation of the much-needed community hall project.
