Rajnandgaon(BTI)- Former Chief Minister, current Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, and Rajnandgaon MLA Dr. Raman Singh credited Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai’s capable leadership, good governance, and the tireless efforts of BJP workers for the massive success of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the urban body elections.
While speaking to the media in the state capital, Raipur, he stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, excellent work is being done for public welfare in Chhattisgarh. He further added that Sai’s efficiency and governance model have led to a historic victory in the urban body elections, setting a record with a hat-trick of wins.
Dr. Raman Singh emphasized that the BJP fights elections collectively across the state, and no matter who the candidate is, the entire party stands firmly behind them.
The BJP secured victory in approximately 80% of the seats in the elections. In Dr. Raman Singh’s constituency, Rajnandgaon, the BJP achieved a remarkable win. Out of 51 wards in the municipal corporation elections, the BJP won 39 seats. Additionally, BJP’s mayoral candidate, Madhusudan Yadav, secured victory with a margin of nearly 41,000 votes.
